Job Description

The Partner Sales Lead is responsible for the Partner Sales Revenue Planning, the Segmentation & Selection of the partners that are selected to be managed, the assignment of partner portfolio’s with targets per partner to Partner Account Managers, the business planning process with the managed partner documented in Partner Business Plans & Partner Sales Plans and the execution of pipeline management to manage the attainment of the agreed targets within the subsidiary.


Customer & Partner Satisfaction

· Monitor partner conditions of satisfaction attainment

· Meets regularly with Partner executives to support relationships and collect feedback

· Engages with customers through site visits, focus groups, events with partners

Knowledge, Skill and abilities

Proven success in leading a team that consistently achieved and frequently exceeds sales goals. Proven success in channel/partner sales, telesales, and sales management is required. The ideal candidate should also have strong industry, channel, and competitive knowledge including market trends and best practices, understanding of Microsoft's business, product, and technical strategies, and proven cross-group project leadership and management skills. Having immediate group impact including the ability to work independently and resolve complex problems effectively and without escalation is a must.
