Vacancy @PT. Adaro Indonesia (Mining Company)

PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of Kalimantan Selatan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available.

There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburdenhereby otter you the following positions:

Program Admin Support (Code: PAS)

Responsibilities :

• Specialized in developing database system for training and development programs
• Administering process including training requisition, data recording, and data reporting

Requirements :

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Bussiness Administration/ Accounting or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering would be ideal)
3. Min. 2 years in administration with database system
4. Min. 1 year in training and development area would be a plus
5. Able to communicate well with all parties
6. Able to develop training database
7. Able to administer using MS. Word or database system
8. Excellent command in English
9. Good interpersonal skills

Librarian (Code: LIB)

Responsibilities :

• Specialized in administering library
• Developing library sistem for improvement

Requirements :

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Library Management/ Bussiness Administration/ Accounting or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any engineering discipline (Industrial Engineering would be ideal)
2. Min. 2 years in library administration
3. Min. 1 year experience in library for training and development area would be benefit
4. Able to communicate well with all parties
5. Able to develop library system
6. Able to administer using MS. Word or database system for library
